a small little gem that will only take a few hours to read. Follows the

Building Wealth Through Investment Property
by Jan Somers and Dolf de Roos. Great first time reading for investment
property purchasers. You are likely to get highly motivated after this
remember
to take some of the figures with a grain of salt though - the book talks
of things such as 10% per annum capital gain being something of a norm
- inflation is much lower now so property prices are not likely to have
the same gains. Still, despite how bullish the book is on rental property
it is still a great read for the aspiring property investor.

Your Mortgage and how to pay it off in Five Years
Full of lots of tips on how to pay off your mortgage faster. The overall
theme is simply to spend less (if I was cynical about the techniques in
this book I might say "live like a pauper" but I won't of course.
Little examples include not going out to restaurants, going to parks and
'free' places (e.g. parks etc.), and having cards nights in (she hasn't
seen some of my poker buddies
geez, a cards night in could cost a
hundred bucks!). Still if you can hack it, do it. It worked for Anita
and her partner, they paid off their mortgage in only 3 ½ years
mmm,
flag restaurants etc.?

Real Estate Riches
By Dolf de Roos. Go for his previous book, Building Wealth through Investment
Property which is far more informative. There are a couple of tips but
they are few and far between in Dolf's latest book.

"I have now moved in and finished putting everything in place. This is just to say a huge thank you for not only putting all the options and paperwork together, but "going the extra mile", and generally making the whole deal flow smoothly. I have been so impressed I've told a few people about your company."
